The Apple Tree A wonderful group of ladies really hung in there for three full days of painting fun! Everyone finished all of their projects (except for maybe a few tichies and dotties) and went home with beautiful pieces. They all worked very hard and a good time was had by everyone! Laura, from Tennessee, was the hero of the class for enduring and persevering through daily trials and tribulations in Northern Virginia — and she still finished three projects! After this weekend, she should be guaranteed smooth sailing (painting trips) for at least the next year!

Potomac View Decorative Artists Chapter A great group of ladies gathered in a beautiful facility to paint the Bavarian Door Crown and Black Forest Letter Holder. Almost everyone finished both pieces during the two painting days. The chapter is full of beautiful painters (and good cooks), all with smiling faces and positive attitudes which contributed to their lovely finished projects! Thanks for making it a fun weekend for everyone!

Shades of the Blue Ridge Chapter A wonderful group of ladies worked very hard for three days to almost complete the Black Forest Letter Holder and the Bavarian Bouquet Chest. These hard-working fun-loving ladies demonstrated perseverance with good attitudes and as a result will have beautiful heirloom pieces when all are antiqued and varnished. We also had yummy cookouts in the evening as all decorative painters love to eat as well as paint! Thanks to everyone for making it a wonderful seminar!

Artistic Ewe A really great group of dedicated Bauernmalerei folk artists painted their hearts out for three days, virtually completing the Sweetheart Clock and the Bavarian Bouquet Chest. It was great entertainment to be around a group of very funny ladies and we all laughed and painted until our jaws ached and our fingers were worn out! Thanks so much to Beverly and her spacious shop with the wonderful TV system and to all the ladies who contributed to the good time that was had by all!

The Apple Tree Oops - almost forgot to take the photo! About half of the class is shown here with their beautiful Black Forest Dove Clocks. Almost everyone finished their piece by working hard (and having fun) for a few hours together in class. This is one that will not become a UFO! Great job, ladies!

The Apple Tree Lovely Beginning Class ladies refreshed their strokework and learned some new flowers, Bauernmalerei style! They did a beautiful job of sketching on and painting four small pieces. Keep up the good work!
